Pricing

All Tuullik pricing in this webshop is priced in Danish kroner, DKK. Greenlandic VAT is 0%.

Cancellation/complaint

Any cancellation or complaint should be sent as quickly as possible after purchase.

Purchased internet service can be cancelled and refunded within 14 days, provided that there has been no or minimal use of the product.

When a purchase involve external costs, like issuing an eSim, credit card and bank fees, such costs may not be refunded.

Subscription inactivity

Activated SIM cards expire if they are inactive for too long.

You must complete at least one billable service affecting your balance within 180 days.

For each time a billable service is carried out, the period is extended by 180 days. After the 180 days, the SIM card may be closed.

At this point the user will need to subscribe and pay for signup, to resume service.

A billable service is either the use of your balance or a purchase of more data.

Personal data

We will use the information you provide to process your order.

No information provided will be sent to external parties without your express consent, aside from what is needed to process your payment.
